The She in She Go
Hi, I’m Bri Pollard—a systems thinker, certified project manager, and behind-the-scenes problem solver for women building online businesses.
I love supporting passionate entrepreneurs who need someone to get things done, think on their feet, and keep everything organized amidst the chaos.
My path to ops and project management has been anything but linear, and that’s exactly what makes my approach so effective. With a BA in creative writing, I learned early on how powerful clear communication and storytelling can be in shaping ideas and driving projects forward. That foundation in creativity and clarity has stayed with me throughout every step of my career.
From managing offices and streamlining behind-the-scenes operations to coordinating nonprofit initiatives and running my own massage therapy practice, I’ve spent my career learning how to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and make people feel genuinely supported. These early roles taught me the same skills I rely on today: adaptability, empathy, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex moving parts with calm, thoughtful intention.
Over time, those experiences evolved into something bigger. I found myself naturally stepping into leadership roles, building systems, and helping small teams stay focused and efficient. In 2019, I was offered a role in the virtual space, so I took the leap into remote work and haven’t looked back.
Since then, I’ve led operations and projects for online businesses across wellness, counseling, tech, coaching, art, virtual home services, and more, keeping the behind-the-scenes running smoothly so founders can focus on what they do best.
As a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) with additional training in team leadership, I bring both heart and strategy to every project. I’m people-first by nature and love helping others succeed, whether I’m creating systems behind the scenes or leading projects with multiple moving parts.
If you're building something big, I’ll help you stay focused, organized, and supported every step of the way.
